We were teased with a couple of gorgeous days at the beginning of this week weren’t we? It made dressing the window in bright colours all the more enjoyable.
I can’t wait for you to be able to come into the shop and have a try on of our new stock – as usual we have a variety of colours and styles to choose from and a selection of footwear to complete the look. Only one more week to wait!
It seems like yesterday that the children returned to school, only to break up again this week! The Easter holidays are already here. I always find that Easter, (with the exception of last year) is a turning point for business. We enter the warmer weather and holiday season begins, bringing day trippers and holiday makers to Emsworth, creating an exciting buzz about town. I really hope we can all enjoy a good summer season this year – we really need it and I think with all the travel restrictions, people will be holidaying in the UK, so please support the small independent businesses who have survived – we need you!

It will also be accessible online, so when I get the link I will add it to our social media platforms – a really lovely reporter who knew Emsworth well and was pleased to include us in her article.
I hope you have all enjoyed a little more freedom, reconnecting with loved ones and that you can spend precious time together over the Easter Bank Holiday.
In the meantime, we must still keep each other safe and follow the guidelines. The virus is still out there and we cannot afford to become complacent, new variants make us all vulnerable. Look out for each other and be kind.
