Making A Purchase
Buying on line could not be easier. Just browse through our website and click on any items you wish to purchase, and transfer them to your shopping cart.
After you have made your selectons, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to progress your order.
We will send you an email to confirm your order. Should there be any queries regarding your order we will contact you by email. Please would you therefore be careful to type your email address correctly.
If one or more of your items is out of stock and it is an item which matches another item, we will check with you before despatching your order to make sure that you still require the item that we do have in stock.
Postage and packing
We will send all orders by Royal Mail on a signed for service.
For all orders there will be a postage and packing charge of £5.00. This is for a next day courier delivery service.
We are happy to despatch orders to outside the U.K. If you would like your order delivered to an address outside the U.K. please email us with your order, or telephone us on 01243 379966 so that we can give you details of the cost for this service.
We will despatch your order within 24 hours, subject to availability, unless you request otherwise.
If a particular style is out of stock, it may not be possible to order it for you. We will email you to notify you of the likely delivery time if we are able to order the style for you, so that you can choose to cancel your order, or wait for the item to become available.
Tax Charges All prices quoted on the website include VAT at the prevailing rate.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on our or any other website.

Karen George Limited does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties except for delivery purposes. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item.
The returns procedure is on noted on the back of each invoice you receive. Please complete the ‘Returns Form’ on the back of the invoice, detach and return in the original parcel along with the returned goods. You can return goods for a refund. You will be refunded in the same way you paid for the order, and in the case of this being a credit card, please allow 14 days for your account to be credited.
If you wish to exchange the goods you are returning, we will refund or debit the difference between the value of the returned and requested goods.
Should you find that your purchase is not suitable, we have a straightforward returns policy. If the goods are returned in an unworn condition, a full refund will be issued immediately without question. Please only wear the shoes indoors until you have decided that they are suitable as we cannot issue a refund for footwear which has been worn outdoors, unless there is a fault.

You may decide to visit the shop to try on the shoes before purchasing, in which case, just call the store and we can hold your size in order for you to do so. We guarantee to refund or exchange goods if you are not entirely satisfied.
Please do not detach tags and labels from handbags and ensure that there are returned to us in the same unused condition as they are sent to you.
We understand that shoes must fit well and be comfortable. Please ensure that you do not wear footwear outside. We ask only that non-faulty items should be returned unworn and with all original tags attached. We would like to ask customers to take care when trying on garments. Your statutory rights are not affected.
PLEASE NOTE: Please put correct postage on returns parcels and we recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting.
