Yay! It’s here – the sun is shining. I just hope it is here to stay.
It’s been a bitter sweet week, on Monday we celebrated George’s 15th birthday – Caterpillar cake was delicious and it was the first time we got together with family in a long while. On Thursday we said our final farewell to my Aunty Beryl – it was a lovely celebration of her life, but still a sad occasion. It was also nice to see some family that I haven’t seen in years.
The weather has improved each day and myself and Ian both have the half term week off with George, so we are really hoping it will continue that way. We have so much gardening to do and it will be nice to have a few trips out.
I am leaving the shop in the very capable hands of Lyn and Annie so please do call in to see them – keep them busy!
A few of you have been in asking for Luella jumpers so I am pleased to say that we now have more in stock – both the cashmere/wool mix and the cotton. I have also added in a few cotton shirts which are really colourful (see image)
